Browser dependencies are bundled into app.js. Full dependency licences are
published in vendor/ and included in each generated domain-list ZIP.

tldts bundles Public Suffix List data (ICANN and PRIVATE sections).

Rebuild browser dependencies with bundle-vendor.mjs; do not edit the generated
vendor bundle manually. There are no runtime CDN dependencies.
