Installation and iOS permission
Download the recommended app from the App Store and open the connection key from the Telegram bot. On first use, iPhone asks to add a VPN configuration and confirms it with a passcode or Face ID. This is the normal system flow.
The profile then appears in iOS settings. Do not install profiles from unknown messages or websites because a network profile can control device traffic.
Adding the key
Copy the complete key or open its dedicated link in the app. Give the imported profile a clear name, especially when testing more than one protocol. Connect and wait for the system VPN indicator.
If a link opens in the browser, use the Share menu or paste the key manually. Do not edit individual address or parameter characters.
Verifying the connection
Open an IP check page and confirm that the address differs from the original. Lock the screen for a minute, return and test again. Finally, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
These checks show whether the app maintains the tunnel in the background and reconnects after an interface change.
When pages do not load
Remove unused old VPN profiles, temporarily pause iCloud Private Relay and third-party DNS apps, then reconnect. Change one setting at a time so the cause stays visible.
If only one network fails, compare another protocol. If every network fails, update the client and request a replacement key from support.
Protecting the profile
Do not forward a key to group chats or public notes. When an iPhone is sold or lost, remove the device and replace its profile. Screen lock and Face ID help, but they do not replace revoking a lost key.
