This Privacy Policy describes how Flex VPN (the flex-vpn.com website and connected interfaces, including the Telegram bot) processes and protects information provided by the User. By using the Service the User confirms agreement with this Policy. If the User does not agree, the User must stop using the Service.

Flex VPN may collect the following data:
- account identifiers (Telegram ID, nickname, email, subscription identifier);
- technical information (IP address, browser, device and OS details);
- history of interactions with the Service (payments, access provisioning, support requests).
The Service does not request passports, documents, photos or other personal information beyond the minimum required for operation.
3. Use of information
The Service uses collected information solely for:
- operating the functionality (access provisioning and renewal, payments, account identification);
- communicating with the User (notifications, support, responses to inquiries);
- analysis and improvement of the Service.
