Step-by-step setup
Four steps to a connection
Receive a key
Open @vpn_flex_bot and request a personal configuration for this device.
Import the profile
Open the received key in the app or paste it through the configuration import flow.
Enable the VPN
Activate the profile and confirm the required sites and apps open correctly.
Verify the setup
- The app has operating-system permission to create a VPN connection.
- The imported key is current and was issued for this device.
- Internet works without the VPN and the public IP changes after connection.
Flex-VPN Support
If the connection does not work
Restart the profile, pause other VPN and DNS filters, then compare mobile data with Wi-Fi. If the issue remains, send support the device, app and exact test time.
