What a key contains
Depending on the protocol, a key may contain a server address, port, identifier, cryptographic data and route settings. The client parses these values and creates a profile automatically.
There is no need to edit the string manually. If import fails, first check app compatibility and whether the complete link was copied.
How the subscription applies
The subscription defines the access period and device count. When it expires, the server stops accepting the profile until renewal. A successful payment extends access while existing keys normally continue to work.
The Flex-VPN monthly base plan includes three devices. Extra devices follow the published pricing scale.
One key per device
Some clients can duplicate a profile, but separate keys are easier and safer to manage. You can replace one phone or computer without interrupting the rest.
If a shared key leaks, every device using it must be updated. Separate profiles limit the impact of a lost credential.
Replacing a key
Create a new profile, import it on the intended device and verify the connection. Then revoke the old key through the available interface or support. Do not leave a lost profile active as a fallback.
Renewal normally does not require a fresh import because the account period changes, not the local configuration.
Payment safety
Before paying, verify the page domain, total, period and device count. Never send bank confirmation codes to support. Payment status should arrive through the payment provider, not rely on a transfer screenshot.

Do I need a new key after renewal?
Usually no. If the profile was not revoked, renewal extends access without another import.
Can I share a key with someone close to me?
A separate key within the device allowance is better because it can be managed independently.
