Add the link
Paste the link into Happ and refresh the subscription to load available servers.
Choose a server
Connect and test the profile on the current network and then on another network.
Verify the setup
- The app has operating-system permission to create a VPN connection.
- The imported key is current and was issued for this device.
- Internet works without the VPN and the public IP changes after connection.
Flex-VPN Support
If the connection does not work
Restart the profile, pause other VPN and DNS filters, then compare mobile data with Wi-Fi. If the issue remains, send support the device, app and exact test time.
